2. Why blame the Chavistas?

If you insist upon assigning blame to the Chavistas for what is going on in Colombia, you can blame them for offering material, tactical and logistical support to Marxist terrorists who, for the last 52 years have had no qualms about murdering anyone (especially the rural poor folk) who won't pick up arms for them.
