Because CLEARLY the current Bolivarian Socialist ideas aren't working, and new Bolivarian ideas should be brought in to think up new ways to screw up an entire nation even more. 'Cuz 18 years isn't enough time to figure it out.

Maybe they need another fake election to elect more Socialists? OH WAIT! The DO want new elections this fall! You think that with the epic failures with ZERO opposition, they would want to have non-Socialists win so they would have someone to blame?
