That's lot of premature aging for 58, on Varisco's part (and that hair dye doesn't help). But then, he buys cocaine three kilos at a time (epa!).

They should also investigate how much he spent on coke since becoming mayor. Paraná is one of Argentina's poorest cities (and rather small, at around 250,000 people), and the mayor's salary is $2,000 a month or so.

It'll be good to know as well if his involvement in pot-runinng has anything to do with the millions in undeclared contributions to Macri's party.

Personally, I think pot should be legal. Nevertheless, it's not; and the fact Varsico was freed on bail for for something equivalent to at least a Class C felony, while Macri's opponents are routinely jailed on trumped-up charges (no evidence) is just another day in this regime of theirs.

On a lighter note, I'll leave you with a photo of Paraná City Hall, built in 1890. Hope they'll be able to get the stain of Varisco's presence out before long.
