Word is out that Cuba doesn't deliver in the "bang for the buck" category. A lot of money for third world amenities.

No hot water and threadbare towels in supposed "5 star" hotels? Spotty electricity? Poor service from staff that gets paid slave wages? (no tipping of foreign currency allowed... all foreign currency is to be exchanged only with Castroists)
