There is no infrastructure to support this disaster.

I can assure you that even once the electricity comes back on, its going to collapse again. They don't have the equipment, manpower or knowledge. The people who can help have left. And IF it comes back on, the Castroists will insist that Venezuela plod on like nothing happened. As if losing a week of electricity is a zero sum game.

NOBODY BELIEVES THE CASTROISTS ANYMORE. They say, "Be patient! The electricity will be on in an hour!" Then days go by, and not a word, except an endless parade of excuses.

The Chavistas don't give a shit about Venezuela. They care only about the Glorious Revolution.
