On Sunday afternoon, reports of looting were recorded in several areas of the capital city of Venezuela, after more than 72 hours of a national power blackout.

In the afternoon, an attempt was reported to loot a supermarket in the La Pirámide Shopping Center, adjacent to the Concresa Shopping Center, located in Prados del Este, Caracas.

According to reports, the GNB detained at least 50 people in the vicinity of the CC La Pirámide in Baruta. Relatives of detainees ask for information about the place where they took their relatives.

The Reuters news agency published photographs showing the arrest of a group of people with food and hygiene items who are being held by security forces.
