Guaido's actions seem to be grounded in the Constitution.

It seems like Maduro has tried to corrupt Venezuela for a few years now. Guaido's actions seem to be grounded in the Constitution.

In particular note the creation of a 2nd Legislature in 2017 packed with his own people.

Imagine the Dems taking over the house and Senate in 2020 but Trump winning reelection. Then instead of working with the Dems he created a Trump legislature and started sending his nominees and budgets there to be approved.

This appears to be the context of Venezuela today.

And absent that understanding, this article seems to be propaganda.
