Clearly, there is the intention to not allow ANY Latin American countries to keep leftist leaders at all, as the covert ops and propaganda war all start even during their first Presidential campaigns.

Dirty, non-Democratic, greedy monsters clearly feel this hemisphere has to be all white, right-wing controlled. No exceptions. The darker a Latin American leader is, the more vicious the war against him.
