One would certainly expect it to be quite a bit more useful than Trump's miracle cure which can even kill you.

I was wondering how long it would take them before they started putting it into production.

That's a whole lot of the vaccine headed for the citizens of Argentina and Mexico. Very best wishes to them. No doubt Presidents Alberto Fernández and Andres Manuel Lopez Obrador have made very wise decisions. Best wishes to everyone involved.
