1. You can use Á to get the Á to display in the thread title.

Note: If you edit a post with an html entity in the title, you have to re-enter it (e.g. Á) for the character to still show (e.g. Á). If you preview your post, hit the back button before posting - or you'll have to re-enter the html entities.

I really wish they would fix it so that accented characters would work in titles here.
