2. They thought they'd send this up again, just in case, before Trump leaves (we hope) office.

They tried to circulate this stupid stunt time after time, never getting the reaction from people they hoped. It's almost embarrassing to see them hauling it out just in case, at long last, so many people suddenly decided the tiny country of 9 million people next to the world's most powerful and warlike nation had actually tried to destroy the US officials occupying an office space there, and go berserk on them, smashing them like beer cans, finally.

Anyone who ever heard of the first false flag bright ideas concocted by the Joint Chiefs of Staff during JFK's Presidency, to give the military a reason to wipe out the revolutionary government on the spot, (he rejected them all completely) would have smelled this the moment it reeked into range. Only the lunatic fringe bought it, the Q looney-toon types, so they kept trying to drag it back, anyway, in case they could attract some from the short-attention span sector with it and get the war on Cuba they wanted, wipe'em all out, seize the island, declare a new fascist state just like the one the Cubans overthrew already, due to the suffering, and racism, and horrendous deprivation which nearly destroyed the huge population of semi-destitute seasonal workers in the sugar cane, tobacco, etc. fields, living without running water, sewers, food, medical treatment, education, of course, and adequate shelter.
