I then tried to make sense of this in paragraph 7:

"Brian Raymond represents the United States abroad by engaging in years of looting that he sexually abuses, exploits, and records vulnerable women targeted in the United States and around the world."

and just had to conclude, the schmuck did a lot of bad things and will hopefully be held to account for it all.
