Not really a surprise, and I wouldn't be surprised if it was coordinated as the Libyan 'regime change' operation was with France leading the way there too.

I can't believe he got off so easily. As I said, he's a very lucky guy that he was dealing with a strong, confident, fearless and democratic Government, rather than a paranoid, bullying, terrified nation who would have probably put him to death. I hope he appreciates how lucky he is.
