Normalize relations with Cuba and in a couple of years it will resemble Florida. Sure, they’d have a socialist government, but then Florida has a fascist gov, so they’d even each other out. Cuba’s only problem would be dealing with a rapid influx of immigrants from Florida who seek freedom and a more sane government.
