Datafolha: Lula Hits 49%, Bolsonaro, 44%, and Nulls or Blanks Are 6% [View all]

At the start of the runoff election, PT has 53% of valid votes and the president has 47%

The first poll of voting intentions for the runoff presidential election carried out by Datafolha indicates that Lula (PT) has 49% of the preferences at the moment, compared to 44% for Jair Bolsonaro (PL).

Those who said they were undecided or did not respond add up to 2%, and 6% declare that they intend to vote blank or cancel their votes on the 30th.

2,884 voters were surveyed from the 5th to the 7th, and the margin of error is two points, over or under.

Lula led the first round by 48% to 43%. The official result excludes blanks and nulls – in this case, says Datafolha, the PT would today have 53% against 47% of the opponent.
