jail time ( as I recall , 6 months). Later, the prosecutor said a fine of 200-400 dollars.

We had the impression that the prosecutor just wanted the tough on crime guilty plea.

The defendant was a legally mentally disabled woman, probably bipolar as the main issue.

Go for the weak defendant.
