unless, of course, he's in tip-top shape to keep on governing, as in, fully conscious, and isn't lying in a respirator or in a bed with a bunch of injections, which are, at the moment, the most likely scenarios. No way can a man who's endured such an operation be fully capable to have such a perfect signature. Why didn't he write his recent letter to the CELAC by hand, then? I'm sure someone would recognize his handwriting.
