Sailors’ web stunt embarrasses Chile

Chile’s presidency yesterday gave the country’s navy 24 hours to punish those responsible for a sailors’ chant posted on Youtube.

The video shows sailors chanting “I will kill Argentines, I will gun down Bolivians, I will decapitate Peruvians.”
