I have little confidence in the government under Hugo and think it will be worse under his lackeys since they don't know what to do and add to that there will likely be an internal power struggle. Cuba, of course, will be heavily involved since they are desperate to continue receiving oil subsidies.

I foresee more social unrest in a country that is already the most violent on the continent.
