8. The claim of fraud concerned a local primary.

These primaries defined the opposition candidates for town mayors and state governors as well.

One of the MUD precandidates in a small municipality denounced irregularities. Immediately the Supreme Court ordered for all the voting registers to be seized nationwide at the very last minute of the destruction process. More than getting names of opponents, the move aimed at throwing discredit on the primaries. They've been trying to do so since the beginning of the campaign. First they predicted the vote would never happen (the venanalysis article was posted here), then they said that the turnout would be less than a million, and now they want to induce doubt on the level of participation.
