6. AI is generally misunderstood for all the reasons you state

I see it as evolving and a couple years ahead of legislation or pushback. It reminds me of AirBnB which operated unregulated in communities all over the world. Just ignored zoning laws, safety laws, tax laws, employment laws because..."it's the internet" (!)

I see AI in a similar way but much wider in scope.

I don't see AI as a bubble and have come to mostly ignore the videos which persist in saying it is. Deep Seek, tariffs, risk-off panics all failed to pop it therefor it is not a bubble but fear-mongering gets clicks. It will consolidate. It IS producing some terrible output but that doesn't make the whole thing a bubble.

If I was 20YO I would learn how to do plumbing.
