72. Sirens are only if one is outside to warn people to seek shelter

If inside, people have access to TV, radio, computers, and phones for warnings.

We were told the sirens are linked to the national weather service, and should only go off if there is a tornado approaching, or some serious impending natural event.

Or so we were told.
