(16,881 posts)deliberately, it would seem, deeply dishonest and devious (mere incompentence is no excuse - there is little even lip-service paid to reality there) and Spain will, due to German and allied intransigence and self-interested, only, lack of European solidarity, behaving rather like the descendants of Teutonic Knights of which the history, with deep loathing, of many peoples speaks:
· Bring down the entire EU project by:
· Adopting an alternative currency to the increasingly debased Germanic Euro, and:
· Imposing punishing tariffs on imports of German manufactured and any other goods.
Edit: Ah, of course, and by way of quid pro quo, Spanish people will bring to real genuine justice all (the entire class, actually) of the irredeemably corrupt, self-interested and utterly non-representative polticians and fellow-travellers that blight this large, resource-rich and easily both self-sufficient and world-trading people and land.
