In my son's neighborhood, many of the houses were built during the height of the housing bubble. Unfortunately, now there are for-sale signs everywhere, and many more have been purchased by Penklor, an investment company.

My son tells me that if one is unable to sell their house, then Penklor will buy it. Nothing to worry about.
