34. Try this technique

I know that those threads are hazardous to my health. My health is more important to me than the stupidity/insanity of a bunch of people I don't know and will never know and wouldn't like if I did know.

I also know that my time is both valuable and limited, and should therefore not be wasted on fools and the willfully ignorant. They do not want to know the truth, and nothing I do or say or write will change their minds. Why bother?

They are then so much easier to ignore.

And then I go do something . . . . productive.
