68. Even though I have started a new job and it feels good to be...

back working it is just a temporary distraction from the lack of hope and future that I still feel. That is because there are still millions of other people hurting and have no hope and see no future. My own success rings hollow while so many others go without. I remember when a person that wanted a job and go to work didn't have to look to far. Now millions are hurting so that a few at the top can live in obscene wealth. The greed, selfishness and hate that comes from the people in the republican party is mind numbing. Is peace and prosperity for all too much to ask for? I wish I could wave a magic wand and fix it. Some days I get so pissed all I can do is spit nails, other days all I want to do is cry. VP Joe Biden said in his speech at the Democratic Retreat that "people are just plain tired", I know that I am. That was a good speech. Sometimes when Joey speaks from the heart it sounds better than what Obama delivers. Thak you for listening. May your week ahead be a good one.
