41. "social movement"....First step would be....

taking to the streets in mass protest the likes this country or the world has every seen. The second step would be to shut down the country by shutting off almost all spending. (one of our biggest weapons is our wallets and pocket books). 6-8 months of a consumer strike will have the PTB feeling a little scared. It will mean all of us will have to sacrifice and some will have to take one for the team.
