hurtful to workers who are loyal and honest each and everyday,and,you know darn well,when you do apply for your job again,this is what happens,your hours are going to be a minimum of 12hrs to a max of 36 will zero chance of any overtime or extra hours.

Most of these effected workers are most likely sitting with Mortgages and other major obligations. This is expected by Lowe's when you enter any of their Management enhancement Programs. Seen the total demise of several of these folks more than once.
