Several new items have been factored into the CPI equation.

Porcelain bowl deposits (including second hand tissue sheets)
Airborne Pollen and rhinovirus
Freeze dried cockroach
Fillet O’rodent’
Pink slime

Items no longer priced include:
Gasoline and heating/diesel fuel
Beef and poultry
Green vegetables
Bank service charges/fees
