Also, I agree with the victims of "success" comment. The willingness to strike does seem to go down with increasing pay and benefits. Furthermore, teachers seldom even use the word strike except when pay is on the line, even though there are constant attacks on working conditions such as charter schools, merit pay, evaluation deform, etc., that are all worthy of a good strike.
