A hundred sixty-five school bus drivers and monitors with Durham School Services in Summerville, South Carolina have voted to join the Teamsters union. The workers want fairness, justice and respect on the job and they pushed forward with unionization despite strong opposition from company management. The union says that management anti-union campaign was a vicious campaign of fear, division and worker intimidation. But the workers beat it.
