They believe that loyality to people who regard them as fools will trickle down some money on them. If they were waiting table for them, they'd find they wouldn't even tip.

The way Romney did which is part of what got the 47% video released. The staff had always been treated nicely by Clinton, etc. and made to feel part of something of importance. The guy who recorded the video was shocked at the rude way they not regarded the staff as anything but not waiting on them fast enough. It hurt.

People that follow the monied class when they have little or no money to invest in stocks are 'basking in the glow' and living in a fantasy.
