Yes. I inherited it. I'm not exactly Bruce Wayne, of stately Wayne Manor, so the tax advantages aren't that overwhelming. Still, 3+% beats a lot that's out there.

I don't think the redomiciliation is going to be a big problem.

It makes a lot of sense, especially with T. Rowe Price being in Baltimore.
