The MO House passed a nasty teacher accountability bill today [View all]

Teachers evaluations are tied to test scores (at least 50% of the evaluation must be based on student test scores) and teacher pay is tied to the evaluation. No more seniority when layoffs are necessary.

It's an ALEC bill being pushed heavily by Students First. They literally invaded the state and opened an office across from the capitol.

Several Democrats voted for this garbage. Why would a Democrat support an ALEC bill? It's not like ALEC will even allow them to come to their conferences.
