4. Parents in Texas...

Are starting to push back. I attend our open board meeting in Houston and it is no longer the HFT that is complaining about this. They had they kids take a high stakes test. It came out that this was just an information gathering tool for a test company. Talk about pissed parents. And the more this information gets out, the more parents get angry. And that is what has to happen to stop high stakes testing.
