3. Make administrators go back to classroom teaching once every 5 years

It has been my experience that the best teachers don't go into administration anyway. Some, like my aunt, will do it for their last 3 years so it will increase their teacher retirement. Great teachers want to TEACH and they didn't go into education to make a lot of money. I was a classroom teacher in Texas back in the 80's and most of the middle and high school principles and assistant principles were ex-coaches. The thing is, in Texas, the head football coach generally makes more than the principle, so the principles were MEDIOCRE ex-coaches. And yes, they are bullies.
