2. The use of the words "marvel at" stands out for me.

With all the red in the graphs I was thinking we should add to the definition "3. He marveled at the spray from the arterial cut". or maybe "they marvel at the height of the flames as their house burned".

I marvel at the CATO Institute guy still saying that this is still mostly "natural variation" but there "may" be a problem.
