We have a guide industry that's geared to bringing wealthy people into the province from outside to shoot wolves, bears, bighorn sheep, etc. Total hunting licenses and guide fees pale in comparison to the tourist dollars brought in by people who just want to see the animals in their natural habitat. This segment of the economy is growing year by year. I'm hoping ending grizzly hunt is only the first step in outright banning of trophy hunting in the province.
