legislation. As a Rail Fan and a member of a Historical Rail Museum or two,we under go training in safety as well as operational aspects of Trains before we are allowed to perform any duties on any rolling Stock or Loco. And Brakes are one of the most important components of any Train. So many things can just happen if a set of Brakes fail to engage.

As long as the taxpayers keep picking up the tab for these avoidable wrecks,nothing changes.
