I am plant based so I feel like that is the single biggest thing I can do as an individual, though I think that and any other efforts are too late/too little. Beyond that, I am trying harder to enjoy every day and do things I enjoy. Enjoy your little one’s childhood and make it the best you can for her full of wonderful memories!
