I am happy FPL is switching toward green energy.

It is probably smart too. Many Floridians are on a fixed income or working in a low-wage service job, so lower rates help. And, sea level rise from Clinate Change might reduce the number of available customers for utility companies in Florida.

I hope the transition happens!
