They announced that last year. I try to get paper bags when I shop there and buy 6 cent paper bags at Aldis, or buy a heavy plastic bag for 10 cents and keep it in my car.

Works for me. I prefer paper straws, too. Seldom buy bottled water, except to keep one in the car. I drink filtered water.
