There's hardly any room for cars on the streets.

An entirely walkable high population density Italian Style village built to extremely high energy and water conservation standards might have an exceptionally small per capita environmental footprint.

Furthermore, it could be built in some place with water. Like Ohio.

Of course that's not the kind of development they are talking about. Without a doubt it will be the kind of place where you can park and drive your SUV from your garage to the big box stores three miles down the road without any inconvenience.
