1. Everyone involved in the extractive industries is dirty

AlL of the senior guys (and they’re almost all guys) don’t give a shit about anything but feathering their own nests. The extractive industries, mining, logging, even industrial meat production and farming, care only about one thing, their own bottom line. They get cover from American corporate law that mandates the interests of shareholders above all. But thats just cover. They shareholders that matter are the execs themselves and the hedge funds and institutions that they and their cohort control.

Among other things, the current vision of capitalism is failing us. Marx is laughing in his grave.
