Not true. But it takes smarts and courage to make progress.

And that seems to be sorely lacking everywhere you go; big cities and small towns. Just look at how stupid big cities are to exist on coal and nuclear. Do you see them complaining?

In fact, it seems smarter people gravitate to small towns because at least there they have a chance to make real progress.
