As of 11:55 EST (US), 1/15/2022, Germany is at 512 g CO2/kwh, it's electrical generation dominated by coal plants.

France is now below 100 g CO2/kwh, 94 g CO2/kwh, as they stopped importing much electricity from Germany as they were doing last evening.

The power generation for France for electricity generated in the country, not counting imports from dirtier companies is, as of this writing, now 75 g CO2/kwh: https://www.rte-france.com/en/eco2mix/co2-emissions#
