White House is getting solar panels

While President Obama is away on vacation, the White House is getting a new addition.

Solar panels.

Construction workers are busy this week putting the panels in place, the first such installation since Jimmy Carter's presidency.

President Ronald Reagan later had Carter's solar panels removed.
