...the growth of non-CO2 energy generation is not keeping up with the increase in overall energy consumption.

We need to get serious about ramping up the construction and implementation of all non-CO2 energy plants, quickly.

On the flip side, just imagine how much worse the increase in fossil fuel burning would be if we hadn't already built the non-CO2 generation plants that we have recently!
