O&G rights chatting with someone [View all]
Who doesn't have them. Property owner for 45 years, nurturing 25 acres with trees, wildlife. A strip mining company owns the o&g rights and is planning to develop (destroy) their land. Is there anything they can do?
The person and I happened to be waiting to get our taxes done, a chance meeting. Worst story I've heard in years.
