Say about 10,000 hotel rooms for some 30,000 people would easily REQUIRE the essential infrastructure of a city similar to Las Vegas.

Think electricity, water, sewage, transportation, airports, ground services, hotel services in addition to an enormous supply chain with associated service folks.

And exactly what are those people going to do all day and all night on such a small island area.

Just Does Not Seem Feasible.
